SPRING BREAK CAMPS AT EXPLORA

 "Looking for camp all day? Enroll in morning and afternoon camp sessions. Campers staying all day will be supervised during lunchtime."

March 16th - March 24th

Each of these half-day camps is a multi-age collaborative camp experience; $45 for members/$50 non-members. 

Supervised lunchtime is offered for campers enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps. 

Aftercare is available from 4pm-5pm. Aftercare can be purchased at registration or on the day-of, $10 a day, card only. 

Financial assistance is available for all programs, on request. We don’t want anyone to miss out on Explora programs.

We don’t often notice that air is all around us, but these experiences will cause us to marvel at how air takes up space, has force, and has pressure.

Shadow and Light

Discover ways to create shadows as you investigate light by bouncing and bending it. You’ll explore shadow shapes, experiment with colored shadows, and make shadow puppets.

LEGOS Construction Craze

CAUTION: CAMPERS BUILDING! Using LEGO® Sets, build motorized models such as the crane, dump truck, and bulldozen! Learn more about the people who run these machines and build things such as roads, bridges, and buildings. The Larry P Abraham Agri-Nature Center in Los Ranchos

This week long camp is a multi-age, collaborative camp experience, 9:00-2:00, $250 members/$275 non-members.

Financial assistance is available for all programs, on request. We don’t want anyone to miss out on Explora programs. Please email reservations@explora.us for more information.

In-person classes will meet all CDC and CYFD guidelines, with small numbers of campers per classroom. All campers and staff must wear masks and pass a daily COVID-19 screening.
